MOCCASINS AND SLIPPERS what’s the difference?

The moccasin is a low, flexible shoe without laces. It is characterized by a long piece located above the forefoot, a platform, on which a tab passes. The real name of the slipper is: sans-gêne. Inspired by men's shoes, it is characterized by a covering upper, forming a sort of tongue on the instep. Without an opening-closing system, it is easy to put on. The slipper is distinguished from the ballerina by its neckline.

ANKLE BOOTS, BOOTS, THIGH-HEEL BOOTS

The ankle boot is a fitted high shoe, closed by buttons, lacing or zip, rising up to above the ankle, and can reach the calf. When the upper stops below the ankle, then we speak of a low boot. When the upper exceeds the calf, then we speak of a boot (high boot). If the upper exceeds the knee, then we speak of a thigh boot (thigh boot). They can be flat or with heels.
